Bullet How far in advance should we book our entertainment?
  Start your planning stage far in advance to ensure securing the bookings for all the vendors of your choice. Even if you don't have the venue yet, secure your date with Blaire's Audio since we are a single operating company and fill our bookings quickly.

Absolutely! We carry a full set-up to every event along with extra cables.

Bullet Are you insured?
  Yes, as a professional, we carry a $1,000,000 liability policy. We are also licensed.  Ask to see our Certificate of Liability for proof of coverage.

Bullet Are we guaranteed the KJ of our choice the day of the event?
Blaire's Audio is a single operation company. The person you work with in the planning stage is the same person who will be with you through-out your event. You will be acquainted with your entertainers and they with you by the day of the event, which will provide a huge comfort level of confidence.

Bullet How will you be dressed?
Depending on the type of event.  We can dress from formal attire, match colors of your theme, to a casual theme.  We promise to always be dressed appropriately.

Bullet How early will you be Set-Up?
Blaire's Audio makes it a practice to arrive at least two hours previous to start time for set up and sound check. We allow ample time for unexpected problems and promise to be dressed and playing music when your first guest arrives.

Bullet Do you allow requests?
Yes, we have a booklet up front that allows guests to request songs, make special dedications and provide details of any special birthdays or anniversaries in the house as long as you give us permission to do so.

Bullet What type of music is available?
We have a very large library of music.  If by chance we do not have a song you request we will buy it just for your event.

Music from the 30’s to the present available. Standards, Big-Band, Country, Rock, Top 40, R&B, House, Club Mixes, Island, and more. We play music to fit every occasion. You are also welcome to bring your own music for us to play at your event.

Bullet Do you take breaks or eat during the events?
No. we will continue the music and entertainment through-out the event as stated in our contract.  Regarding providing a meal for us, we are grateful for your kindness but we graciously decline.  We are there for your entertainment and to provide non-stop music for your guests. We will have our meal before coming to your event.

Bullet Do I have to have lighting at my event?
No you do not have to incorporate lighting, some like it and some don't. We have lighting available at an additional cost. Any thing  from small table lighting to more intelligent lighting that requires assembling on trusses. We are here to provide what you want, the decision is yours.

Bullet Do you provide references?
Yes, upon request, I can provide you with a list of people to phone or letters to prove my satisfaction rate.

Bullet Do you just play music?
  That is totally your decision and we will cover this in our consultation meeting. We at Blaire's Audio are here to entertain you at your expectation level. We love to provide icebreakers for your guests to become comfortable with the surroundings, to provide group dances, contests and interactions with all. We follow your vision of what you want "your" party to be. We will never over-step your wishes and desires.  We act as your spokeswomen from everything from introductions of the wedding party, first dance, daughter-father dance, son-mother dance, to announcing the cake-cutting, or the next event. We will provide complete emcee duties for your event so your guests are never guessing "what is next".

Bullet How quickly can I expect a response from you?
  You can reach us by office or Mobile phones and email.  We try to be that live person on the other end when you call.  If for some reason we are not, we promise to check messages often and return your request quickly.  This is our full-time business and we operate it as such.

Bullet How do you conduct business, by phone, email, or in person?
 
I believe the only way to discover and confirm if we are what you are looking for as entertainment for your event... is to meet us in person. Emails and phone calls will not convey to you our worth.  I will schedule an appointment time and location at your convenience. We will go over all the information and details in hopes to sell our service to you. (just being up-front) At this time, once I know all the information and requirements of your event, I will quote you a price. I am confident you will be ready to choose us to provide your entertainment and music for your special event.
